Summer photos of the STM Société de Transport de Montréal that establishes, operates, maintains and contributes to the improvement of our transit network
STM buses all over the City and a metro service divided into four metro lines, one green, one orange, one yellow and one blue and 68 metro stations.
People who are coming from Saint-Jérôme have access to de la Concorde Orange Line metro station located in Laval and to the Parc Blue Line metro station in the Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension borough.
Travellers from Mascouche arrive at the Sauvé Orange Line metro station in Ahuntsic-Cartierville, while those from Candiac arrive at the Parc Blue Line metro station in Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension.
Finally, travellers from Vaudreuil-Hudon arrive at the Vendôme Orange Line metro station in the Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough.
The STM also offers six different types of bus services.
Bus service #1 is a local 10 minutes max service on buses numbered 10 to 249. Buses that are everywhere in the City and that provide local services every 10 minutes or so.
Bus service #2 is an after midnight service offered seven nights a week. Buses in the 300 numbers that run all night from east to west and from north to south of the City.
Bus service #3 is an Express-Service with buses in the 400 numbers. Buses that make fewer stops with some having access to more rapid reserved lanes.
Bus service #4 is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 747 shuttle service to and from the P.E. Trudeau Airport and downtown Montreal.
Two options are available, one from the Lionel-Groulx metro station with one stop only and one from the Berri-UQAM metro station with 11 stops including some tourist destinations.
Bus service #5 is called "Navette Or" with buses in the 200 numbers designed to meet the needs and requirements of seniors in some of our neighbourhoods.
Finally, service #6 is a shared navette or taxi service available in 15 different areas. A public transit alternative where the STM cannot establish a regular bus service.
Ville de Laval is served by the STL, the Société de transport de Laval while Ville de Longueuil is served by the RTL, the Réseau de transport de Longueuil.
